Le corone secondarie per vespa smallframe e ape 50 permettono di
ridurre la spaziatura del vostro cambio migliorando la resa del motore.
Le asole d’innesto sono state maggiorate per avere una cambiata più rapida e precisa.
Particolare trattato termicamente, micro pallinato e rettificato.
Per il corretto montaggio del cambio, si consiglia di tenere un gioco
massimo di 0.1 mm e di seguire l’indicazione della tacca di riferimento
(wheel side)

Il nuovo asse ruota rinforzato per motori vespa smallframe, è
realizzato in acciaio ad altissima resistenza e relativo trattamento di
cementazione in vuoto.
Il materiale utilizzato ed il nuovo dimensionamento, rendono l’albero
particolarmente adatto ai motori preparati o con cilindrate superiori
alla norma (anche fino a 250 ccm)
Oggi, grazie ai recenti investimenti di alcuni produttori, è
possibile trovare sul mercato una vasta scelta di gruppi termici molto
potenti che superano persino i 40 cavalli.
Vi ricordo che il motore vespa smallframe, era nato per durare nel
tempo e che la sua potenza difficilmente superava i 10 cavalli.
Con questi aumenti di potenza, è indispensabile adeguare tutti i cinematismi così da evitare rotture ed usure precoci.
Esempio del nuovo dimensionamento. Anche la filettatura è stata maggiorata a M16x1.25

Il minor salto nel cambio marcia terza e quarta, permette al motore
di restare in coppia raggiungendo la massima velocità in minor tempo.
Sono forniti dado M10x1 e rosetta rinforzata.
Le asole d’innesto, sono state riviste per rendere la cambiata rapida e precisa.
Si possono notare ulteriori scarichi sul diametro interno per il
passaggio dell’olio, smussi d’invito per l’inserimento della crociera e
una tacca di riferimento (wheel side) per il montaggio corretto del
cambio.
Si consiglia di tenere un gioco massimo (al montaggio) di 0.10mm sul gruppo corone, rasamenti e seeger

Realizzati in acciaio legato specifico per ingranaggi la SECONDA LUNGA Z40 Pinasco è estremamente resistente e silenziosa e permette di correggere la spaziatura del cambio Vespa PX avvicinando la 2^ alla 3^ marcia, l'assenza di fori o cave evita l'emulsione dell'olio in fase di rotazione.
La SECONDA LUNGA Z40 Pinasco monta con tutti i cambi arcobaleno esistenti sul mercato ed unita ai cluster Pinasco ottimizza il salto tra una marcia e l'altra aumentando l'esperienza di guida.
