BGM FASTER FLOW SI Carburetor - optimized carburetor for high-performance engines
High-performance engines require reliable and consistent fuel supply. The BGM FASTER FLOW carburetor is designed to meet these needs, using the Dell'Orto/Spaco SI24/24E or SI26/26E models. Each unit is completely disassembled, tested, reworked, cleaned, and carefully reassembled in our factory, ensuring the highest quality for modified engines.
Main modifications:
Enlarged connection holes from the float chamber to the nozzles
Added a hole in the float needle area
Spring-loaded float needle for increased durability
These modifications significantly improve fuel supply, preventing shortages even with powerful exhausts. In particular, the spring-loaded float needle compensates for vibrations and increases durability, while the optimized supply is also advantageous for stock engines.

We subjected the set to a long and thorough stress test on the road and highway. The result is so convincing and reliable that we can now offer it as a set for the expert mechanic.
It allows the use of a Malossi 210 Sport cylinder from the PX200/Rally/Cosa models on the engine casings of the Vespa Largeframe models starting from 1977, the date from which the engine casings were converted to three transfers.
ADAPTER SET
The conversion is based on a crankshaft with rods 20 mm longer (125 mm instead of 105 mm). The solid CNC machined steel adapter plate is bolted to the engine casing and accepts the studs for the PX200 cylinder. A 1.5 mm thick aluminum gasket between the adapter plate and the cylinder base seals the screw holes and establishes the correct installation height.
MALOSSI SPORT
adapter set 07-AA-179-IR is designed for use with a Malossi Sport 210 cylinder. For this purpose, however, it is absolutely necessary to remove the spindle from the engine casing, as the Malossi cylinder base cannot be shortened without losing stability.

In terms of performance and reliability, nothing to say, as this product has undergone 2 years of road testing and in the summer of 2019 traveled 10,000 km to and from Nord Kapp.
The kit is purely handcrafted, originating from sand castings strictly Made in Italy to provide those quality and reliability characteristics that distinguish it.
It can be installed on any type of low headlight casing with 3 studs from the year 1953 onwards. Having the short insertion neck in the casing, it requires no modifications. It requires the installation of a 60 stroke crankshaft, 110 rod.
The kit includes: head, cylinder, piston, reed valve pack, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, rubber sleeve for 24 PHBL carburetor, gaskets, and various bolts.
