With the Sport and Competition line, BGM Pro offers two series of high-quality shock absorbers in its product range. Both share perfect workmanship, high-quality materials, and ABE approval. The shock absorbers are very lightweight despite their high load capacity because they are made of high-strength CNC aluminum and have an exceptional hard anodized surface protection. The front shock absorbers are 15 mm shorter than standard shock absorbers, thus lowering the front of the vehicle. This benefits driving stability, top speed, and, not least, the aesthetic appearance. Additionally, the swing arm angle is reduced, which improves the damper response. The resulting larger wheel stabilizes handling at higher speeds.

The BGM Pro TOURING exhaust offers a significant power increase
on short-stroke engines in the original look. True to its name,
the touring exhaust system is ideal for a fast street engine,
powerful yet visually and acoustically unobtrusive. It harmonizes
very well with common tuning cylinders from 75-112cc displacement, but it is
also clearly superior to the stock exhaust on a standard
50cc engine.

The performance level and ground clearance have been significantly increased compared to the previous version.
The new Touring revs significantly higher than the previous BBT.
The exhaust pipe has been expanded from Ø18 mm to Ø20 mm. However, to reduce noise levels, the BBT2 is equipped with an exhaust pipe inserted inside the Ø20 mm one with Ø18 mm.
This section is sufficient for almost all engines up to 190cc and about 22-25HP (this value varies depending on the engine structure and the achievable RPM).
Those who drive a very powerful setup with high continuous RPM can remove the Ø18mm exhaust pipe, which is fixed with only one weld point, and thus have the full Ø20mm section.

The bgm PRO clutch springs are produced in Germany and are subject to continuous quality control. The material used, Oteva70®, makes the spring block stable and true to size. The spring does not deviate laterally until it is blocked, and once unloaded, it returns to its original length. The clutch spring retains all its elastic force. Silent tires BGM PRO in polyurethane. Much narrower than the original tires, they minimize self-movement. The damping thus works more defined and precisely. The vehicle appears much narrower, the shutters respond faster.
The set contains the two tires for the front axle shock absorber. The
tires are located on the shock absorber and are mounted both above and below
the screwed metal mounting plate of the front fork. They replace the standard silent tires 1:1 without further modifications.
ASSEMBLY
The larger tire is first pushed onto the upper end
of the shock absorber. The smaller tire is located on top
of the mounting plate. The large washer is then placed above the support plate and secured with a toothed washer and a nut. Tightening torque of the upper nut 30-40 Nm.
Just swap the tire with the original ones, ready.

QUALITY FROM EUROPE Precisely manufactured by
a specialized company in Europe. The high-quality base material
14NiCrMo13 was originally developed for the
aerospace sector. Hardened at Thyssenkrupp, it has a surface hardness of
58-60HRC.
PURPOSE The BGM drive shaft
PRO meets the needs of highly tuned engines. It was
designed as a heavy-duty replacement for the original Piaggio main shaft.
The dimensions match the original 1:1. This
means that all transmission components, including those from
other manufacturers, are compatible. It can be used on both standard
engines and heavily reworked engines with high torque at the
wheel.
FIT Fits all
smallframe engines with manual transmission. The only exceptions are the engines of the
first series of the V5A1T models (small side flap, years of
construction 1963-1966). The main shaft corresponds to the latest
construction status of the PK models. Therefore, it has a wheel nut with
M16 thread.

Tapered roller bearings have a larger support surface and are therefore much more loadable compared to traditional factory solutions with ball bearings. Tapered roller bearings are much better able to withstand the high loads of powerful braking systems and are also much more wear-resistant.
They increase active driving safety by ensuring the ideal condition of a smooth and non-blocking steering for a very long time. A criterion that will become evident at the latest with the next TÜV inspection.
NOTE: The upper BGM tapered roller bearing is superior to the original one. Therefore, it is not possible to use a locknut to prevent rotation as with the original bearing. For locking, the thread is designed to be self-locking, meaning it is cut tighter and can thus be tightened more securely than an original piece. Additionally, screw locking can be used. Then adjust the bearing play and position the steering tube on the upper bearing ring so that no gap is visible between the two.

The BGM PRO silicone gasket kits consist of a high-quality gasket paper with a thickness of 0.5 mm (like the original "green" Piaggio). Additionally, the gaskets, which are always in contact with oil, already have a layer of silicone sealant applied. This results in greater surface pressure of the gasket. Furthermore, the silicone sealant seals the cold engine much better thanks to the permanently flexible sealing compound. This way, the engine always remains tight and the oil stays in place and is useful.

WEIGHT REDUCTION The weight saving compared to an original PX steel rim is 600 grams. Additionally, there is a weight saving of about 370 grams due to the no longer necessary tube. The unsprung masses are thus reduced by almost one kilogram per axle (over 64%). The response behavior of the frame improves significantly.
SAFETY
Due to a so-called double "hump" in the rim well, the tire is always safely guided in the rim. Similar to the latest run-flat technology in the automotive sector, if a foreign object (nail or similar) is pushed into the rim, the air can escape slowly without the tire slipping into the rim well. The vehicle stops in a controlled manner. The rim has recesses between the bolting points. Brake cooling is improved.
SPECIAL FEATURES The track offset is 2.5 millimeters on the left side. Mounting aluminum rims on both axles equalizes the track offset. This is not noticeable while driving. The rim does not have a test mark and is not road legal.

High-performance engines require reliable and consistent fuel supply. The BGM FASTER FLOW carburetor is designed to meet these needs, using the Dell'Orto/Spaco SI24/24E or SI26/26E models. Each unit is completely disassembled, tested, reworked, cleaned, and carefully reassembled in our factory, ensuring the highest quality for modified engines.

We subjected the set to a long and thorough stress test on the road and highway. The result is so convincing and reliable that we can now offer it as a set for the expert mechanic.
It allows the use of a Malossi 210 Sport cylinder from the PX200/Rally/Cosa models on the engine casings of the Vespa Largeframe models starting from 1977, the date from which the engine casings were converted to three transfers.
ADAPTER SET
The conversion is based on a crankshaft with rods 20 mm longer (125 mm instead of 105 mm). A 1.5 mm thick aluminum gasket between the adapter plate and the cylinder base seals the screw holes and establishes the correct installation height.

adapter set 07-AA-179-IR is designed for use with a Malossi Sport 210 cylinder. For this purpose, however, it is absolutely necessary to remove the spindle from the engine casing, as the Malossi cylinder base cannot be shortened without losing stability.

The BGM PRO SC Competition front shock absorber is an evolution of the successful BGM PRO F16 Sport series. Externally, the Competition series is distinguished by the external reservoir. It has a modified base setting and is therefore very well suited for use with stiff sports springs. The compression/rebound adjustment prevents diving or rapid extension on rough roads. Thanks to these features, the shock absorber is an excellent replacement
even for more powerful vehicles. The wide adjustability clearly allows the shock absorber to be used with standard springs as well, ensuring maximum comfort while driving.

WIDE FRAME ENGINE ISSUE: The BGM Pro and Corteco oil seals, which are of much higher quality, are available (for safety reasons) only with a 0.8 mm sheet metal coating. If they are installed in a wide frame engine, the crankshaft bearings deform, causing damage to the bearings.
WIDE FRAME ENGINE SOLUTIONS: The circumferential bead of the oil seal is flattened, reducing the height of the oil seal plate by about 0.3 mm. The bearings then run freely. b) The BGM Pro bearing set with special FAG 9-ball bearings. In this case, the shoulders of the bearings have been custom machined to ensure stress-free mounting of the crankshaft bearing. The set includes high-quality resistant BGM Pro FKM/Viton® oil seals.

The BGM 200cc cylinder is an improved version of the already reliable and powerful original cylinder. Suitable for 200cc engines of the Rally200, PX200, Cosa200, and the Spanish models DS/DN/TX/Iris, the BGM cylinder offers an additional advantage in terms of safety and performance thanks to an exact honing of 9/100 operating distance and slightly larger transfer ports. This makes it slightly more powerful and more fuel-efficient compared to the original.

MATERIAL The bgm PRO Touring crankshafts are forged. The material is denser, so it dissipates heat better and is therefore more resistant to distortion. In addition to the crank webs, the connecting rod is also forged and then CNC machined. LUBRICATION
The lower connecting rod bearing is lubricated via two large lubrication slots and a total of four additional pockets on the side. The SSC rolling bearing and side thrust washers provide a solid bearing. The lubrication of the upper connecting rod bearing is done through two lubrication holes. The INA piston pin bearing is included with the crankshaft.
The shaft is available with a long stroke of 60mm (long stroke) and with a 57mm stroke
(standard). With the long stroke version, you get a larger displacement, while at the same time the cylinder control angles (overflow and exhaust ports) can be modified to increase performance. GEAR ANGLE Compared to many other racing shafts, the bgm PRO Touring shaft has a much better intake layout. For
tuning cylinders, the standard wave, with its very short intake time, cannot keep up with the standard wave. The bgm PRO shaft, on the other hand, closes on a PX engine

The adapter is securely screwed to the shock absorber and secured against loosening with the screw lock. The lower M16x1 thread fits all rear shock absorbers bgm Pro of the R1 and R12 series. The BGM PRO 177cc is an improved and more powerful version of the proven BGM177 cylinder for Vespa PX125/150, now also compatible with models equipped with electric start.
Everyday Performance
The BGM177 cylinder is designed to offer high performance, durability, and reliability for daily use. By replacing the original cylinder, it is possible to double the power of the standard 125cc engine, with generous torque that allows for smooth riding. The cylinder can also be configured to reach over 20 HP, provided the right carburetor, exhaust, and crankshaft are paired with it. It is therefore an ideal solution for beginners who want to expand performance in the future.
With a displacement of 177cc, the BGM PRO 177 cylinder ensures a safe and relaxed riding experience, maintaining the same reliability and durability as a 200cc engine, operating within the same RPM range as a standard engine. It also offers low fuel consumption and good range. It is compatible with standard components, requiring only a small adjustment to the carburetor jet and spark plug.

This kit includes three base cylinder gaskets and one head gasket.
Gasket thicknesses:
Base gaskets: 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm in aluminum
Head gasket: 0.5mm in copper
The variable thickness of the base gaskets allows for optimizing control angles according to specific needs or stroke. For fine adjustments, aluminum spacers for the head are also available.

The BGM BigBox Sport V2 is a purebred racing exhaust for Vespa, in the unsuspecting design of an original exhaust. It stands as a clear alternative to large and flashy resonance exhaust systems. The high level of performance clearly distinguishes the BBS2 from other exhaust systems. Designed for performance-oriented drivers who appreciate the benefits of a low-profile vehicle.
NEW BBS V2
The basic concept has been maintained and only adapted to the greater requirements due to the increased power and engine displacement. The BGM BBS2 (=Big Box Sport V2) has widened pipe sections both inside the box and in the exhaust area. This effectively prevents the power fade that often occurs with very powerful engines (over 30 HP).
Additionally, the often-criticized ground clearance of the manifold has been modified. The system is now fully suitable for daily use and has the same ground clearance as a comparable resonance exhaust. Like the Big Box Touring V2, the BBS2 is now also equipped with a connection between the manifold and the exhaust body.

The advantages are a lighter clutch that separates more quickly and is extremely durable.
Despite the seemingly smaller pad surface, the clutch with the CR pad type can transmit more torque with the same elastic force. For this, only the effective radius is decisive, not the size of the friction surface as such (this is only relevant for wear).
Thanks to the extremely durable pad material, CR pads can also be used in very powerful engines in everyday use. A major advantage is the taller clutch discs compared to the
original discs.
RECOMMENDATION We also recommend a low-alloy gear oil of API GL3/GL4 classes for high-performance engines to prevent clutch slippage even under extreme loads.
Note: The entire lining package is approximately 1 mm lower with these linings
After installing the clutch, check if the clutch touches the clutch cover. If necessary, rework the whole thing or use an outward-facing cover. Alternatively, you can use the spacer ring we offer separately

PERFORMANCE EVERY DAY The BGM177 cylinder is
a very powerful, durable, and completely
everyday conversion cylinder. It covers a very wide range of applications. Simply
by swapping the cylinder, you can more than double the power of the standard
125cc engine and easily ride the wave of great torque.
Similarly, the exact same cylinder can turn the engine
into a beast with over 20 HP if it finds the right environment (carburetor,
exhaust, crankshaft). Thus, the cylinder offers beginners a
perfect base to be able to expand this, as needed,
more and more. The BGM PRO 177 replaces the original cylinder,
the conversion is simple and easy to reverse if necessary.
With its large displacement of 177cc, the BGM PRO 177 always offers
a safe and relaxed driving experience. The engine is as powerful as a
200cc machine, but with exactly the same reliability and durability.
It achieves this by operating in the same RPM range as a standard engine. The
