The EVOK IRON BRAKE shoes are made of a special aluminum
magnesium alloy, with special friction material containing metallic fibers
that enhance its resistance properties, asbestos-free according to the new
CEE regulations. The new EVOK compound offers
characteristics that are greatly superior to the average and excellent
noise reduction characteristics, ensuring modular and
progressive braking, shorter braking distances, and extremely limited
friction material wear.

QUALITY FROM EUROPE Precisely manufactured by
a specialized company in Europe. The high-quality base material
14NiCrMo13 was originally developed for the
aerospace sector. Hardened at Thyssenkrupp, it has a surface hardness of
58-60HRC.
PURPOSE The BGM drive shaft
PRO meets the needs of highly tuned engines. It was
designed as a heavy-duty replacement for the original Piaggio main shaft.
The dimensions match the original 1:1. This
means that all transmission components, including those from
other manufacturers, are compatible. It can be used on both standard
engines and heavily reworked engines with high torque at the
wheel.
FIT Fits all
smallframe engines with manual transmission. The only exceptions are the engines of the
first series of the V5A1T models (small side flap, years of
construction 1963-1966). The main shaft corresponds to the latest
construction status of the PK models. Therefore, it has a wheel nut with
M16 thread.

Special Front silent block Kit for small Vespa (Vespa 50, Special, ET3, PK, HP) entirely made of ERGAL machined from solid and high-quality polyurethane, with density calculated for maximum comfort.
The specific threading in the center of the pins with an easy entry solves the mounting problem.
Once the right and left pins are inserted, simply screw the two ends using two 10mm Allen keys by inserting them into the special slot at the head of the pin and tighten until it stops.
This way you are sure that the pin length is correct and above all defined.
02 spacers of 1mm are provided with the kit to create the internal stop for the rubber grommets.
