Special Kit silent block engine for Vespa PE 200 / or Vespa T5,
made of solid ergal and high-quality rubber with hardness calculated for maximum driving comfort.
Once the right and left pins are inserted, simply screw the two ends using 14mm Allen keys, inserting them into the special slot at the head of the pin and tighten until flush.
This way you can be sure that the pin length is correct and, above all, defined.

Special Front silent block Kit for small Vespa (Vespa 50, Special, ET3, PK, HP) entirely made of ERGAL machined from solid and high-quality polyurethane, with density calculated for maximum comfort.
The specific threading in the center of the pins with an easy entry solves the mounting problem.
Once the right and left pins are inserted, simply screw the two ends using two 10mm Allen keys by inserting them into the special slot at the head of the pin and tighten until it stops.
This way you are sure that the pin length is correct and above all defined.
02 spacers of 1mm are provided with the kit to create the internal stop for the rubber grommets.

N.B. 32mm actual internal from the exhaust flange then increasing up to the socket!!
Technical features:
Socket made on a lathe from solid material with double attachment ring (see photo) to ensure absolute precision of insertion and better gas sealing compared to the original.
Exhaust flange with a 32mm internal hole perfectly matched, laser cut in 6mm thickness, stable and rectified after welding to have a flat surface with maximum sealing.
Given the generous diameter of the collector and the tight curvature radius, the remaining space for fixing the internal screw of the exhaust flange is very limited.
MD racing provides a stud with an internal hex key to be tightened correctly and a special nut with an 11mm hex instead of 13.
Ensure before assembly that the stud, once inserted into the cylinder and tightened, does not hit the internal curve of the collector, otherwise shorten it using an angle grinder.
