the touring exhaust system is ideal for a fast street engine,

The evolution of modifications in the Vespa world is constantly evolving, and VMC has also decided to create specific casings for Vespa small frame that can accommodate the most powerful thermal kits and larger displacements available on the market. VMC has designed and manufactured casings capable of meeting these needs and has given life to the VMC X1 Casings
The Vespa Smallframe VMC X1 Casings are made of aluminum alloy, cast in sand molds and CNC machined in Italy, and checked for dimensions with high precision instruments.
Compared to Piaggio casings and semi-standard aftermarket versions, VMC casings feature technical improvements that position them at a higher level and make them the essential base for those who want a safe product made by enthusiasts for enthusiasts.
The VMC X1 engine casings have the following technical features:
- innovative fastening system for removable gear wire rods, which, combined with our external rod gear sheaths, speeds up engine change and gear cable tension adjustment
- increased wall thickness for greater resistance to mechanical stress
- a very wide cylinder support base

Since its introduction in 2010, the SIP rev counter
has revolutionized the classic scooter speedometer market. The
features, which previously required the inclusion of
additional instrumentation, have now been integrated into its design with
maximum discretion. Several years and countless customer requests
culminated in us teaming up once again with the people at KOSO to
develop an update of our first-generation SIP Rev counter that we can truly be proud of: the SIP Rev Counter / Speedometer 2.0!
Its exterior appearance
remains surprisingly similar to that of the original item and its
additional functions are practically invisible when not in
use. Even the design of the speedometer dial is largely
identical to that of the original Italian with kilometer scale
along with the overall dimensions of the unit. These speedometers are
available with colored surfaces in both white and black. Additionally,
the version available for old-school Vespa VBB models can also be
ordered in beige/white, providing an authentic sun-bleached look. Installation couldn't be
simpler and requires no special

The performance level and ground clearance have been significantly increased compared to the previous version.
The new Touring revs significantly higher than the previous BBT.
The exhaust pipe has been expanded from Ø18 mm to Ø20 mm. However, to reduce noise levels, the BBT2 is equipped with an exhaust pipe inserted inside the Ø20 mm one with Ø18 mm.
This section is sufficient for almost all engines up to 190cc and about 22-25HP (this value varies depending on the engine structure and the achievable RPM).
Those who drive a very powerful setup with high continuous RPM can remove the Ø18mm exhaust pipe, which is fixed with only one weld point, and thus have the full Ø20mm section.
Increase the main jet by 4-6 points

Recessed head with silicone Oring gasket and 8 cylinder mounting points
Steel exhaust manifold with silicone Oring gasket fixed to the cylinder with specific bracket and 4 screws
The cylinder features a sleeve of about 8mm that allows proper piston guidance even if mounted in 62 and 64 mm stroke
The sleeve has a larger external diameter compared to original cylinders
and requires boring the casing inlet to 76mm for 8mm
depth.
To perform this operation manually, a steel base/guide is provided to screw onto the casings
Simply perform the work with a cylindrical cutter
