
Complete clutch CCcorsa 8 springs for Vespa 125 VM1
New 8-spring solution for Vespa Wideframe and Largeframe.
The clutch has been designed and studied for those extreme uses where heat and poor lubrication prevail. Thanks to the use of discs with particular characteristics and used on Vespa Smallframe, the clutch has a
new geometry. In fact, both the basket and the drive disc have been
designed to be assembled with Smallframe discs. Also, the shim and the bushing where the primary gear pinion slides have been
carefully crafted in terms of coupling tolerances and material quality. A particular geometry of the basket and the closure ring makes it reliable in its extreme functioning.
The clutch is CNC machined from solid, made of high-performance material that undergoes a bluing treatment after machining.
It comes with 8 springs, 8 cups, 4 discs, and 3 intermediate discs. The
fact of having 8 springs allows the use of different types of
springs (different stiffness depending on engine power) and always having
a uniformly distributed load. Working on a very large diameter allows the transmission of significant loads.

This kit has been designed and engineered for plug & play assembly,
it does not require any type of machining of the engine casing.
The power developed is 17 HP at 7000 rpm and reaches up to 8500 rpm if
properly configured. In terms of performance and reliability,
nothing to say, 2 years of road tests have been carried out on this product and in the summer of 2019, it covered 10000 km going to and returning from
Nord Kapp.
The kit's production is purely artisanal, coming from
sand castings strictly Made in Italy to provide those
quality and reliability characteristics that distinguish it. It can
be installed on any type of low headlight casing with 3
studs starting from the year 1953. Having the short collar insertion
in the casing, it does not require any machining. It requires the
installation of a 57 stroke crankshaft, 110 connecting rod.

This kit has been designed and developed for plug & play assembly, requiring no modifications to the engine casing. The power output is 21 HP at 7800 rpm and can reach up to 8500 rpm if properly configured.
In terms of performance and reliability, nothing to say, as this product has undergone 2 years of road testing and in the summer of 2019 traveled 10,000 km to and from Nord Kapp.
The kit is purely handcrafted, originating from sand castings strictly Made in Italy to provide those quality and reliability characteristics that distinguish it.

The primary BGM wheels are extremely robust, designed to withstand the enormous power and torque of modern engines. Made from high-alloy steel (SCM415 / 15 CrMo 5) and produced according to the highest standards, they offer exceptional base material strength (up to 1100N/mm2, HRC 58-62), thus ensuring a solid and reliable foundation for the production of BGM primary wheels.
Their production meets the high standards of Honda transmissions, and each piece is accompanied by a test certificate.
