The installation does not require modifications to the headlights or bodywork, nor does it require the replacement of existing cables; the only intervention (completely reversible) needs to be done on the stock light/turn signal switch following the provided instructions. A small-sized battery needs to be added, charged with the engine running via the supplied voltage regulator. The front bulb holder is designed to achieve the best possible lamp-reflector alignment: this maximizes the performance of the system, as the light beam is directed exclusively to the ground with maximum uniformity.
The product, therefore, allows for the conversion of the electrical system to direct current (with the possibility of powering USB chargers and similar devices), significantly increases nighttime visibility, and ensures maximum safety on the road.

The HTQ Malossi gears for Vespa PX inherit the legacy of the first gear project produced by Malossi between the late 80s and early 90s.
Completely redesigned, this pair of primary gears uses a straight-tooth configuration instead of the standard helical ones.
Malossi has worked hard to ensure the exceptional quietness of the gears, achieved with special machining of the teeth and their contact surfaces, meticulously finished and verified with an involute tester.
The HTQ Malossi gears are made using only materials that exceed the strict standards imposed by our technicians through rigorous tests and trials.
The final machining uses CNC machines,
after which the HTQ Malossi gears undergo a complete thermochemical carburizing treatment at 900°C, giving them the required hardness and strength.
The size and quality of the finished gears are finally verified on Zeiss three-dimensional control machines.
