Possono essere utilizzati con qualsiasi gruppo termico, impianto di
scarico, albero motore ed impianto di alimentazione.
I carter lamellari Malossi sono perfettamente intercambiabili a quelli
originali e sono dotati di un collettore di aspirazione speciale per il
carburatore originale o un carburatore SHA 13/13.
E' stato realizzato un impianto di alimentazione specifico con carburatore
da 19 mm e filtro aria tipo E12, completo di ogni particolare per il
montaggio.
Dati gli spazi di inserimento molto ridotti nei telai Piaggio è stato
necessario realizzare un motore super compatto, e il grande impegno dei
nostri tecnici è ancora una volta coronato da un successo pieno.
Gli obiettivi raggiunti sono: prodotto altamente tecnico, robustezza,
semplicità, facilità di montaggio, risultato di funzionamento eccellente
senza apporto di modifiche (il tutto si ricollega come nel motore
originale).
L'ampia valvola lamellare a 4 petali in fibre composite garantisce una
ammissione regolare e progressiva che ottimizza la curva di coppia a partire
dai regimi di giri più bassi e consente di erogare la potenza massima.

The FLY CLUTCH Kit is interchangeable with the original transmission and improves its
performance and durability thanks to high-quality materials and reinforcement where necessary.

1. Fixed Pulley
This fixed pulley is at 15° with a diameter of 102 mm, gas nitrided for excellent durability, has a positive double “d” mounting on the hub, and is secured with a Zinc-plated M24 nut.
2. Torque Driver
It consists of a 15° pulley with a 102 mm diameter, TIG welded to a specially designed hub with a pressed EKU bushing. EKU is a dry self-lubricating material that ensures excellent sliding behavior and minimal wear.
Also adaptable to the original Piaggio system.
3. Variator contrast spring
These springs, made of high-carbon silicon alloy steel and heat-treated, are dynamically balanced, oven-painted, and designed and calculated for each specific application.
4. Fly Clutch

Malossi ignitions concentrate the maximum technology applied to competitions. The new internal rotor ignitions are born from the need to overcome the technical limitations of the original flywheel-ignition groups, which beyond 10,000 rpm do not guarantee consistent performance, causing significant and sometimes insurmountable tuning problems.
We have made the control unit even more immune to disturbances, developing a microprocessor based on uP STM8 - 8 Bit with superior computing capacity @ 20 MIPS to ensure much higher spark precision compared to the previous version!

The HTQ Malossi gears for Vespa PX carry the legacy of the first gear project produced by Malossi between the late 80s and early 90s.
Completely redesigned, this pair of primary gears uses a straight-toothed configuration instead of the standard helical ones.
Malossi has worked hard to ensure the exceptional quietness of the gears, achieved through special machining of the teeth and their contact surfaces, meticulously finished and verified with an involute tester.
The HTQ Malossi gears are made using only materials that exceed the very strict standards imposed by our technicians with rigorous tests and trials.
The final machining uses numerically controlled machines, after which the HTQ Malossi gears undergo a complete thermochemical carburizing treatment at 900°C that gives them the required hardness and resistance.
The size and quality of the finished gears are finally verified on Zeiss three-dimensional control machines.
Paired two by two to ensure the correct operating clearance, the HTQ Malossi gears are the most precious gift a true romantic enthusiast can give to their Vespa.

HTRoll are made of CPT with a specific formula and
have the corresponding weight marked on one side.
HTRoll represent a technical replacement for the original and are
a complete series of calibration elements capable of varying the transmission
ratio of your scooter, perfectly adjusting its speed
and acceleration.
Operation
Due to rotation, the weight of the rollers transforms into centrifugal
force: the greater the weight of the roller, the greater the centrifugal force and
the shorter the shift time, and vice versa.
Variator calibration
To optimize engine performance, use rollers that during
use keep the engine in the maximum power rotation range.
By reducing the weight of the rollers, the engine increases the number of
operating revolutions, conversely, by increasing the weight of the rollers, the
number of revolutions decreases.

The V-One is designed for those who want a casing perfectly replaceable with the original, provided with all the components necessary for assembly and allowing maximum interchangeability with components available on the market, it requires no aesthetic modification of the vehicle and fits all original Piaggio parts.
The crankcase seats are designed to accept the original crankshaft bearings and seals (not provided). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell’Orto Si 24-24 carburetor.
It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotary valve crankshaft with a 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the intake has been reviewed and implemented thanks to our modern
CAD systems that have profiled an optimized intake duct in the casing.

HTQ Malossi gears for Vespa PX inherit the legacy of the first gear project produced by Malossi between the late 80s and early 90s.
Completely redesigned, this pair of primary gears uses a straight-tooth configuration instead of the standard helical gears.
Malossi has worked hard to ensure the exceptional quietness of the gears, achieved with special machining of the teeth and their contact surfaces, meticulously finished and verified with an involute tester.
HTQ Malossi gears are made using exclusively materials
that exceed the strict standards imposed by our technicians with rigorous tests and trials.
The final machining uses CNC machines, after which the HTQ Malossi gears undergo a complete thermochemical carburizing treatment at 900°C, giving them the required hardness and
resistance.
The size and quality of the finished gears are finally verified on Zeiss three-dimensional control machines.
Paired in pairs to ensure the correct operating clearance, HTQ Malossi gears are the most precious gift a true romantic enthusiast can give to their Vespa.

The new Malossi MHR grips aim at a trio of elements: design-safety-comfort.
Every detail has been designed and defined based on these three elements, essential for an aggressive design, grip safety, and comfort while riding.
In particular, the design promotes vibration absorption, the dimensions ensure a secure and manageable grip, and the ergonomic structure allows the palm to rest without inflaming the forearm.
The Malossi MHR BLACK grips are made with a thermoplastic rubber with high mechanical characteristics and excellent heat resistance, the result of long research aimed at selecting special polymers with high elasticity and soft touch. This material guarantees the MHR BLACK grips resistance in all usage conditions and, consequently, great durability. Finally, the soft touch provides a pleasant and comfortable sensation to the user.
