Power Clutch Spring Holder Plate Malossi for Vespa 125/150 PX-PE
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Clutch base plate:
Tempered steel, high toughness, optimal for components with highly dynamic stresses with a tensile strength of 1000 MPa.
Surface hardened (LCN) to 300HB, depth 10-25 µm.
Main spring seats machined with offset relative to the clutch bell to ensure intrinsic torque, eliminating any play.
Auxiliary spring seats machined aligned with the clutch bell.
Tight tolerances between the spring push disc tabs and the clutch bell eliminating clutch noise and increasing durability.
Surface induction of the coupling area of the bronze bushing. Hardened to a depth of 1.5 mm, 60HRC, improving durability.

The special thing about this ingenious Crazy Monkey Development Snakehead carburetor cap is the extremely flat design due to the integrated throttle cable guide. This saves a lot of space under the hood. The throttle cable guide integrated into the snakehead rotating shell is a stroke of genius: it not only saves a lot of space but also works without a stop. This means the carburetor cover with the throttle cable can be freely rotated 360° and is therefore always optimally positioned.
The modern production in fine technical nylon (PA) makes this noble carburetor cover almost indestructible even in extreme racing use.
