From the bronze bushing to the clutch basket and gears, everything is worked separately to ensure that each individual component is produced according to the highest quality standard.
The core of the innovations introduced in this transmission is the new clutch bell, made from special solid steel and characterized by six slots for the clutch discs, all six "active" and designed to lock the discs. The Pinasco 102cc SRV "Zuerino" Ø 55mm thermal group is a new product dedicated to the world of Vespa 50 with a 43mm stroke.
Based on the famous Zuera 135cc, the 102cc SRV "Zuerino" features a transfer system very similar to its bigger brother, uses the same RD350 type reed valve pack and the same flow guide, mounts a single-ring piston with bi-conical pin, the new central spark plug head with 8 studs and centering bushings that definitively eliminates the problem of leaks and consequent performance drops with a compression ratio of 12.3:1.
The Pinasco 102cc SRV is a copious engine designed to make the most of power at low revs, its exhaust port has been designed to work correctly with original exhausts and stamped mufflers
commonly called "bananas" but can also be used in
more advanced setups.
It does not require special modifications to the engine case, it can be used with
all crankshafts on the market including the original ones, its
installation allows the use of engine

Tested on primary Z68, it fits perfectly with 7-spring clutches (Diam.107.769mm), it is possible to mount it on 6-spring clutches by turning the disc to 97 mm. It is also possible to mount it on primary 65 teeth DRT.

The advantages are a lighter clutch that separates more quickly and is extremely durable.
Despite the seemingly smaller pad surface, the clutch with the CR pad type can transmit more torque with the same elastic force. For this, only the effective radius is decisive, not the size of the friction surface as such (this is only relevant for wear).
Thanks to the extremely durable pad material, CR pads can also be used in very powerful engines in everyday use. A major advantage is the taller clutch discs compared to the
original discs.
RECOMMENDATION We also recommend a low-alloy gear oil of API GL3/GL4 classes for high-performance engines to prevent clutch slippage even under extreme loads.
Note: The entire lining package is approximately 1 mm lower with these linings
After installing the clutch, check if the clutch touches the clutch cover. If necessary, rework the whole thing or use an outward-facing cover. Alternatively, you can use the spacer ring we offer separately
