In questi gruppi termici la caratteristica di elevata durabilità della ghisa si unisce agli standard di qualità quasi maniacali di Malossi, una delle pochissime aziende ad esigere il massimo anche da questa classe di gruppi termici.
In quest’ottica si inseriscono le rigidissime selezioni per l’accoppiamento tra cilindro e pistone rigorosamente mantenuto all’interno della fascia dei 20 micron massimi di tolleranza.

The Flytech Touring ignition features a cast fan similar to the original that keeps the Vespa's design unchanged, is equipped with a high-voltage "Sparkey" control unit, and, in some specific models, comes with CNC machined rotors made from solid material. The main features of this new ignition are: - greater inertia (increase and redistribution of peripheral weight) - high-voltage spark plug spark - "Original Style", does not alter the Vespa's style - greater reliability thanks to the solid rotor, operation without a pick-up, and the enhanced electronic control unit. Applications: Rally 180, Rally 200 Femsa.
