Pair of crankcases in silicon aluminum alloy die-cast and shot-blasted.
Integral Malossi project with reed valve intake, controlled by a large
4-petal valve.

They can be used with any thermal group, exhaust system, crankshaft, and fuel system.

Malossi reed valve crankcases are perfectly interchangeable with the
original ones and are equipped with a special intake manifold for the
original carburetor or an SHA 13/13 carburetor.
A specific fuel system has been made with a 19 mm carburetor and E12 type air filter, complete with all the parts for installation.

Given the very limited insertion spaces in Piaggio frames, it was
necessary to create a super compact engine, and the great effort of
our technicians is once again crowned with full success.
The goals achieved are: highly technical product, robustness,
simplicity, ease of assembly, excellent operating result
without modifications (everything connects as in the original engine).
The large 4-petal composite fiber reed valve ensures a
smooth and progressive intake that optimizes the torque curve starting
from the lowest

The old cylindrical capacitor is only needed as a support for the
lubrication felt. The external capacitor is screwed onto the
ignition coil support through the eyelet and fixed
directly between the ignition contact and the ignition coil
via the terminal. The capacitor can be fixed to the frame using double-sided tape.

NEW Pinasco Flywheel for Piaggio Moped (Ciao, Si, Bravo, Boxer,
Grillo) with electronic ignition. The superlight flywheel weighs 600g.
Completely in aluminum with a steel reinforcement ring. Compared to the
previous version, the flywheel is no longer co-molded in nylon. The new
Pinasco Moped flywheel is coated and painted with a “Carbon
Look” effect.
