Delta Clutch is a clutch born in the racing environment of scooters and in

They can be used with any thermal unit, exhaust system, crankshaft, and fuel system.
The Malossi reed valve crankcases are perfectly interchangeable with the
original ones and are equipped with a special intake manifold for the
original carburetor or a SHA 13/13 carburetor.
A specific fuel system has been created with a 19 mm carburetor and E12 type air filter, complete with all parts for installation.
Given the very limited insertion spaces in the Piaggio frames, it was
necessary to create a super compact engine, and the great commitment of

The Malossi range for the Vespa offers products of extremely high technology capable of developing performance increases so exceptional compared to the standard, that they require the adaptation of other fundamental components of the vehicle as well.
Just compare a Vespa PX 200 E produced in 1978, which originally develops a power of 12.35 HP at 5700 RPM, with a Vespa "tuned" with Malossi Kits, which can develop 27.5 HP at 8000 RPM, that is, more than double the HP at an extremely higher rotation speed, to understand that it was absolutely necessary to design a clutch group capable of withstanding the stresses due to such a performance increase!

The V-One is designed for those who want a casing perfectly replaceable with the original, provided with all the components necessary for assembly and allowing maximum interchangeability with components available on the market, it requires no aesthetic modification of the vehicle and fits all original Piaggio parts.
The crankcase seats are designed to accept the original crankshaft bearings and seals (not provided). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell’Orto Si 24-24 carburetor.
It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotary valve crankshaft with a 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the intake has been reviewed and implemented thanks to our modern
CAD systems that have profiled an optimized intake duct in the casing.
