Pinasco has created the first clutch for Vespa Small Frame using motorcycle-derived aluminum die-casting. Supplied with multi-tooth steel plates that distribute the engine's power around the entire perimeter of the clutch through 10 calibrated springs, the Pinasco "Shot Clutch" is very smooth and adjustable yet extremely durable and reliable. Designed to be mounted with special Pinasco sintered discs for racing use, the Pinasco "Shot Clutch" completes the range of products for Vespa Small Frame.
The Pinasco "Shot Clutch" is recommended not only for high-performance engines but also as a replacement for the original clutch for everyday use.
For clutch installation, the use of the specific Pinasco tool is necessary.

How many times have you damaged the bearing seat because of the extremely hard clutch springs and engine performance?
Pinasco, always seeking solutions to the most common problems of modified Vespas, offers a solution to this inconvenience by updating the clutch bank of its engine casing with the new 2.0 model.
Thanks to the new fastening system with 3 steel plates, the specific Pinasco oil seal is locked between the casing and the crankshaft bearing without the possibility of coming out of its seat. The plates ensure perfect registration of the bearing, eliminating the play that often forms between the circlip and bearing, and the safety clips ensure the total locking of the entire system.
The new bearing seat has been further reinforced with the addition of 3 new ribs that guarantee the support and holding of the entire engine bank, and 2 reinforcement ribs have been added on the cluster shaft.
The crank chamber is bored to accommodate crankshafts with increased shoulders.

Pinasco has created an enlarged filter to increase the volume of air drawn into the carburetor for Piaggio mopeds, thereby enhancing engine performance, especially at low revs. In tuning, the increase in displacement and carburetor size reduces the efficiency of the intake system due to a limited air volume, which is often insufficient to fuel the engine. Pinasco Airbox Moped, however, thanks to the increased filtering surface, allows the engine to "breathe" and "respond" effectively to the continuous opening of the throttle valve. The internal baffles and rounded edges around the carburetor channel the air and optimize the flow inside the venturi duct. Care and time have been given to the study of fluid dynamics. Pinasco Airbox is only mounted on SHA carburetors.

The Pinasco 102cc SRV "Zuerino" Ø 55mm thermal group is a new product dedicated to the world of Vespa 50 and Ape 50 with a 43mm stroke. Based on the famous Zuera 135cc, the 102cc SRV "Zuerino" features a transfer system very similar to that of its bigger brother, using the same RD350-type reed valve pack and the same flow guide, it mounts a single-ring piston with bi-conical pin, the new central spark plug head with 8 studs and centering bushings that definitively eliminates the problem of leaks and consequent performance drops with a compression ratio of 12.3:1.
The Pinasco 102cc SRV is a generous engine designed to make the most of power at low revs, its exhaust port has been designed to work correctly with original exhausts and commonly called "banana" stamped exhausts but can also be used in more advanced setups.

Pinasco has created for all Vespa Old models, 1951-1977, a front hydraulic shock absorber with supports and mounts made from high-strength aluminum. Designed to improve driving comfort, the Pinasco shock absorber has been engineered to work optimally with the original springs and ensure the right balance both in compression and extension phases, optimizing braking and vehicle stability. All parts exposed to atmospheric agents have been anodized, giving the shock absorber an elegant and characteristic matte black color.
