After producing the Gear Box Variator for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various gear ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track, or Touring.
Made from alloy steel specific for gears, the new SPRINT GEARS Pinasco are extremely durable and quiet. The main pinion has a helical profile to eliminate the axial oscillation of the clutch shaft (a component of the forces at play "pulls" the shaft inward) always ensuring the correct alignment of the half-pulleys even in the most demanding use.
The SPRINT GEARS Pinasco gears, complete with shims, can also be mounted in all original Piaggio variator wheel hubs.
