Pair of sandblasted die-cast aluminum-silicon alloy crankcases.
Integral Malossi project with reed valve intake, controlled by a large
4-petal valve.
They can be used with any thermal unit, exhaust system, crankshaft, and fuel system.
The Malossi reed valve crankcases are perfectly interchangeable with the
original ones and are equipped with a special intake manifold for the
original carburetor or a SHA 13/13 carburetor.
A specific fuel system has been created with a 19 mm carburetor and E12 type air filter, complete with all parts for installation.
Given the very limited insertion spaces in the Piaggio frames, it was
necessary to create a super compact engine, and the great commitment of
our technicians is once again crowned with full success.
The objectives achieved are: highly technical product, robustness,
simplicity, ease of installation, excellent operational result
without modifications (everything connects as in the original engine).

The supply includes all the nuts, bolts, and washers necessary for assembly, the cylinder mounting studs, and also both crankshaft bearings.

The exhaust fitting is screwed on and offers two great advantages: Extreme resistance and the possibility of replacement in case of breakage Possibility to enlarge the exhaust outlet, further increasing performance These results have been made possible by the decompression valve provided in the kit, which is smaller than the original Piaggio one.
The most important innovation is represented by the completely redesigned internal transfer system, specifically studied to achieve cylinder washing while maximizing power at the correct usage regime.

The FLY CLUTCH Kit is interchangeable with the original transmission and improves its
performance and durability thanks to high-quality materials and reinforcement where necessary.
For vehicles with variator.
1. Fixed Pulley
This fixed pulley is at 15° with a diameter of 102 mm, gas nitrided for excellent durability, has a positive double “d” mounting on the hub, and is secured with a Zinc-plated M24 nut.
2. Torque Driver
It consists of a 15° pulley with a 102 mm diameter, TIG welded to a specially designed hub with a pressed EKU bushing. EKU is a dry self-lubricating material that ensures excellent sliding behavior and minimal wear.
Also adaptable to the original Piaggio system.
3. Variator contrast spring
These springs, made of high-carbon silicon alloy steel and heat-treated, are dynamically balanced, oven-painted, and designed and calculated for each specific application.
4. Fly Clutch
Fly Clutch consists of three new clutch masses using the Fly Malossi system. Designed
