After producing the Gear Box Variator for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track, or Touring.

Made of alloy steel specific for gears, the new SPRINT GEARS Pinasco are extremely durable and quiet, the main pinion has a helical profile to eliminate the axial oscillation of the clutch spindle (a component of the forces at play "pulls" the spindle inward) always ensuring the correct alignment of the half-pulleys even in the most demanding use.

The SPRINT GEARS Pinasco gears, complete with shims, can also be mounted in all original Piaggio variator wheel hubs.

The Pinasco Power Casing Engine Case for Piaggio Moped has been designed to accommodate a crankshaft with a valve side shoulder 5mm wider than the original, with a stroke of 43mm and 46mm, rotary valve intake with interchangeable manifolds of 13mm (provided), 21mm (optional), and additional CNC machined transfer ports. The kit is available in 2 distinct versions, Valve and Reed for thermal groups with a bore of 43mm and 46mm, and comes with the dedicated crankshaft and all accessories for assembly.
