Pinasco has created for all Vespa Old models, 1951-1977, a front hydraulic shock absorber with supports and mounts made from high-strength aluminum. Designed to improve driving comfort, the Pinasco shock absorber has been engineered to work optimally with the original springs and ensure the right balance both in compression and extension phases, optimizing braking and vehicle stability. All parts exposed to atmospheric agents have been anodized, giving the shock absorber an elegant and characteristic matte black color.

As for PX/PE Arcobaleno with quick-release cap, it can be installed by removing or lowering to the limit the supplied central pads (otherwise the central part touches before the rear one)
