252cc Thermal Group Kit – Plug & Play Installation for Vespa PX 200


This 252cc thermal group kit is designed for a "plug and play" installation on all Vespa PX 200cc engines, with no need for invasive modifications.


The 252cc displacement is achieved thanks to a 72mm piston combined with a crankshaft with a 62mm stroke and a 127mm connecting rod (not included in the kit).
To simplify assembly, the classic cylinder "collar" has been eliminated, making engine casing boring unnecessary.


The performance is excellent, with a surprising torque delivery and extremely smooth operation, free of vibrations. This kit is designed for touring use and does not require particular technical skills for installation.
The thermal group is compatible with both casing and cylinder admission.

With this small support, helmets can be attached in a convenient position and, combined with a seat with a lock, helmets can be kept in a more protected position from potential wrongdoers.

Made of 3mm thick stainless steel, it should be screwed onto the seat hinge.

This particular configuration optimizes the torque curve, ensuring smooth and powerful acceleration for an exciting riding experience. To preserve these high-level performances, it is strongly ADVISED against modifying the exhaust shape.
