The gearbox is provided complete with: - Reinforced VMC specific wheel axle including wheel drum fixing nut - No. 5 specific gears with ratios 56/53/50/47/46 - Specific cluster with 5 ratios 11/15/18/20/22, complete with specific clutch nut - Thrust washer and retaining circlip - Specific 6-arm shift cross for the gearbox including reinforced spring and 2 balls - Special starter gear to fit the VMC 5-speed cluster. - Set of shims for proper alignment and elimination of play. Fits on original Piaggio engine cases and aftermarket cases that require the use of the original gearbox. The multiple gear has a cone that fits all clutch hubs on the market. Suitable for high-power engines.

Recessed head with silicone Oring gasket and 8 cylinder mounting points
Steel exhaust manifold with silicone Oring gasket fixed to the cylinder with specific bracket and 4 screws
The cylinder features a sleeve of about 8mm that allows proper piston guidance even if mounted in 62 and 64 mm stroke
The sleeve has a larger external diameter compared to original cylinders
and requires boring the casing inlet to 76mm for 8mm
depth.
To perform this operation manually, a steel base/guide is provided to screw onto the casings
Simply perform the work with a cylindrical cutter
