With this system, the key does not need to be used. Ideal
for modified engines and
for crankshafts damaged at the key location.

The cone is compatible with the entire range of Piaggio crankshafts
and interchangeable. It is recommended to apply strong type locking
on the fixing nut and to respect the tightening torque of 60-70 Nm.

For disassembly, a 3-thread puller is required, not included.

If you have a short lever available, proceed as follows:

Disassemble by removing the elastic pin, cut the lever in half with a hacksaw, then cut a 10/12mm sheet metal plate and weld it. You will then have a lever made up of 3 pieces longer than the original by about 10/12 mm.

d’origine.

La larghezza del dente è stata allargata (mm 1 verso l’interno) per
avere una maggiore resistenza senza compromettere la scorrevolezza.
Le sedi delle molle sono state riviste per utilizzare molle con filo
quadro. La corsa maggiore del parastrappi preserva cambio e crociera.
Al centro è presente un cuscinetto a rulli sulla parte più
sollecitata ed una bronzina di guida sul codolo. Questa soluzione
permette alla campana di essere compatibile con gli ingranaggi della

Nati per l’uso soft della vespa, riducono l’effetto elastico del
supporto in gomma tradizionale garantendo un eccellente confort di
marcia. I giunti elastici sono contenuti da un bicchierotto realizzato
in resina acetalica che consente di smorzare ulteriormente le vibrazioni
senza compromettere l’allineamento ruote.
L’asse centrale in acciaio inox si fissa al telaio tramite n. 2 viti M10 in sostituzione alla vite originale passante.

Studiati per carter motore Quattrini, sono compatibili con carter
motore Piaggio. Verificare la misura della sede, non deve superare diam.
