Pinasco Vergasermanschette d.22 für Vespa Faro Basso 125/150 VM-VN-VL
Ein neues Pinasco-Produkt erweitert das breite Sortiment für Vespa Farobasso, das Vergaser-Kit Ø 22. Das Kit ist bereits für die Vespa Farobasso abgestimmt und erfordert nur die Einstellung der Hauptdüse. Die Verpackung enthält alle für die Montage notwendigen Zubehörteile, einschließlich eines speziellen Luftfilters aus Schaumstoff, der perfekt im Vergaserraum passt, ohne dass originale Elemente verändert werden müssen. Das Pinasco-Vergaser-Kit verwendet einen Dell'Orto-Vergaser, dessen Abstimmungskomponenten auf dem Markt leicht erhältlich sind, um eine optimale Vergasung zu gewährleisten.

Nach dem Erfolg der ersten Aluminium-Zylindergruppe für die Vespa „Farobasso“ hat Pinasco die Entwicklung in diesem Bereich fortgesetzt und freut sich nun, die neue 160cc Zylindergruppe für die Vespa „Farobasso“ / 5% Membran am Zylinder vorzustellen. Perfekt
austauschbar mit der originalen Zylindergruppe, bleibt die Ästhetik unverändert und die Leistung des Fahrzeugs wird erheblich gesteigert. Dank der Membranansaugung werden die Probleme des klassischen „Piston Port“ „Rückflusses“ beseitigt, was den Motor noch unterhaltsamer und angenehmer zu fahren macht. Die Leistung und das Drehmoment erhöhen sich
im Vergleich zum vorherigen Zylinder weiter, wobei die Zuverlässigkeit unverändert bleibt. Die Pinasco 160cc Membran-Zylindergruppe bringt alle Vespa 5% in die Moderne und behält alle originalen Komponenten bei.
Achtung: Bei Verwendung von VM / VN / ACMA Motorgehäusen muss der Kolbenmantel um ca. 3-4mm gekürzt werden.

Questo kit è stato pensato e studiato per il montaggio plug & play,
non richiede nessun tipo di lavorazione del carter motore.
La potenza sviluppata è di 17 CV a 7000 rpm ed arriva fino a 8500 rpm se
correttamente configurato. In termini di prestazioni ed affidabilità
nulla da dire, su questo prodotto sono stati portati avanti 2 anni di
test stradali e nell’estate 2019 ha percorso 10000 km andando e tornando
da Nord Kapp.
La realizzazione del kit è prettamente Artigianale, proveniente da
fusioni in sabbia rigorosamente Made in Italy per dare quelle
caratteristiche di qualità ed affidabilità che lo contraddistinguono. È
possibile installarlo su qualsiasi tipologia di carter faro basso a 3
prigionieri a partire dall’anno 1953. Avendo il colletto d’inserimento
nel carter corto, non prevede nessun di lavorazione. Richiede il
montaggio di un albero in corsa 57, biella 110.
Il kit è fornito di: testa, cilindro, pistone, pacco lamellare,
collettore aspirazione, collettore di scarico, manicotto in gomma per
carburatore 24 PHBL, guarnizioni e bulloneria varia.

Ti sei mai chiesto come sarebbe un motore Vespa nato negli anni 50
prodotto con la tecnologia del 2020? Pinasco finalmente può darti la
risposta che aspettavi col nuovo carter motore dedicato al mondo delle
"nonne". Tecnologia di stampaggio in pressofusione, inserti piste di
scorrimento in acciaio, chiusura del carter motore tramite prigionieri,
nuovi cuscinetti asse del cambio, albero motore maggiorato +7mm di
larghezza rispetto all'originale, aspirazione lamellare (opzionale),
predisposizione al cambio 4 marce, cuscinetti di banco alta velocità,
funzionamento con miscela al 2%.
Il tutto senza modificare l'estetica del motore, le pareti esterne NON sono state sabbiate per mantenere la colorazione e lo stile grezzo dei motori storici, i loghi
sono stati posizionati in zone nascoste e con i caratteri dell'epoca, per avere un prodotto moderno ma il più simile possibile all'originale.

Dieses Kit wurde für die Plug & Play-Montage konzipiert und entwickelt und erfordert keine Bearbeitung des Motorgehäuses. Die entwickelte Leistung beträgt 21 PS bei 7800 U/min und erreicht bis zu 8500 U/min, wenn es richtig konfiguriert ist.
In Bezug auf Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. An diesem Produkt wurden 2 Jahre Straßentests durchgeführt und im Sommer 2019 wurden 10.000 km zurückgelegt, indem es nach Nordkapp und zurück gefahren wurde.
Die Herstellung des Kits ist rein handwerklich, aus Sandgüssen, die streng Made in Italy sind, um jene Qualitäts- und Zuverlässigkeitseigenschaften zu bieten, die es auszeichnen.
Es kann auf jede Art von 3-Bolzen-Scheinwerfergehäuse ab dem Jahr 1953 installiert werden. Da der Einlasskragen im kurzen Gehäuse ist, erfordert es keine Bearbeitung. Es erfordert die Montage einer Kurbelwelle mit 60 Hub und 110 Pleuel.
