MATERIAL Die Kurbelwellen bgm PRO Touring sind geschmiedet. Das Material ist dichter, wodurch es die Wärme besser ableitet und somit widerstandsfähiger gegen Verformung ist. Neben den Kurbelwangen wird auch das Pleuel geschmiedet und anschließend CNC-bearbeitet. SCHMIERUNG
Das untere Pleuellager wird über zwei große Schmiernuten und insgesamt vier zusätzliche Taschen an der Seite geschmiert. Das SSC-Wälzlager und die seitlichen Anlaufscheiben sorgen für ein solides Lager. Die Schmierung des oberen Pleuellagers erfolgt durch zwei Schmierlöcher. Das INA-Kolbenbolzenlager ist mit der Kurbelwelle enthalten.

Die Welle ist mit einem langen Hub von 60mm (Langhub) und mit einem Hub von 57mm
(Standard) erhältlich. Mit der Langhubversion erhält man einen größeren Hubraum, während gleichzeitig die Steuerwinkel des Zylinders (Überström- und Auslasskanäle) zur Leistungssteigerung verändert werden können. EINLASSWINKEL Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Rennwellen hat die bgm PRO Touring Welle ein deutlich besseres Ansauglayout
