After producing the Gear Box Variator for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Track, or Touring.

Made of alloy steel specific for gears, the new Pinasco SPRINT GEARS are extremely resistant and quiet, with the main pinion having a helical profile to eliminate the axial oscillation of the clutch shaft (a component of the forces involved "pulls" the shaft inward) ensuring the correct alignment of the half-pulleys even in the most demanding use.

The Pinasco SPRINT GEARS, complete with shims, can also be mounted in all original Piaggio variator wheel hubs.
