Range of extremely high-performance crankshafts, dedicated to fast touring and competitions. The PINASCO COMPETITION crankshafts
are alongside the classic production and differ for:
- more aggressive intake degree
- new fluid dynamics of the intake cut
- new racing imbalance obtained with tungsten inserts
- innovative Teflon inlays to increase the internal pressure of the crankcases from the lowest revs
The PINASCO COMPETITION crankshaft significantly increases power and maximum torque from low revs, the engine's rotational speed increases, improving overall performance.

Pinasco expands the Flytech ignition range with new models
developed for the touring world for "Vespa Wide Frame". The Flytech
Touring ignition is characterized by a Zama cast fan
similar to the original that keeps the Vespa's design unchanged and is
equipped with a high voltage "Sparkey" unit. The main features of this new ignition are: - greater inertia (increase and redistribution of peripheral weight) - high voltage spark plug - "Original Style", does not alter the Vespa's aesthetics - greater reliability thanks to operation without pick-up and enhanced electronic unit.

Le corone secondarie per vespa smallframe e ape 50 permettono di
ridurre la spaziatura del vostro cambio migliorando la resa del motore.
Le asole d’innesto sono state maggiorate per avere una cambiata più rapida e precisa.
Particolare trattato termicamente, micro pallinato e rettificato.
Per il corretto montaggio del cambio, si consiglia di tenere un gioco
massimo di 0.1 mm e di seguire l’indicazione della tacca di riferimento
(wheel side)
