After producing the Gear Box Variator for Piaggio mopeds, Pinasco has developed a series of high-strength steel gear kits with various ratios for all "Ciao" enthusiasts who use them in Enduro, Racing, or Touring.
Made from alloy steel specific for gears, the new SPRINT GEARS Pinasco are extremely durable and quiet. The main pinion has a helical profile to eliminate the axial oscillation of the clutch shaft (one component of the forces at play "pulls" the shaft inward), always ensuring the correct alignment of the half-pulleys even under the most demanding use.
The SPRINT GEARS Pinasco gears, complete with spacers, can also be mounted in all original Piaggio variator wheel hubs.
