In 2-stroke engines, the exhaust system/muffler is extremely important; it can affect the engine's performance by up to 70%, and consequently, its efficiency cannot be left to chance. It is advisable to periodically check its condition and replace it if necessary. During normal use, the muffler tends to "get dirty" with combustion residues, soot, and poor carburetion. Choosing the appropriate muffler is crucial; based on the chosen configuration, the right muffler must be paired, otherwise, the result will be disappointing. If we have a completely original engine, it will suffice to choose an original-type muffler. Otherwise, many companies produce original-type mufflers with better performance, handcrafted for modified engines like Jolly Moto, VMC, Malossi, Polini, Simonini, original Piaggio versions, Sito. RDV TIP: Use an appropriate and high-quality mix oil to reduce deposits that will settle inside the muffler, extending the performance and lifespan of the muffler. VMC has created a superior class cylinder with this lamellar for the RV-A 100 cylinder.

The technical solutions on this cylinder allow for performance that was previously reserved for long-stroke cylinders.

The cylinder is made of aluminum with a Nikasil-coated barrel and lamellar intake.

The head is CNC machined, with a viton gasket and secured with eight M6 bolts.

It has a bore of 54 mm and a stroke of 43 mm, 8 transfers

Exhaust port with bridge with an outlet diameter of 28 mm and stud spacing of 52 mm

Phases 113° intake and 171° for exhaust

The manifold has an internal diameter of 25 mm and is equipped with a four-petal reed pack.

Included in the kit are the original valve closure cap screws and a kit of paper gaskets of different thicknesses.
