Thanks to the various adjustments and two different mounting kits, you can install it on all carburetors on the market and, with an almost original throttle grip stroke, manage from the classic 24 to larger carburetors like the vhsb39. In addition to keeping the handlebar of your Vespa original, you can allow the sheath to take a much more linear path and at the same time have a quick release of your carburetor. The kit will include everything needed to mount it on both the classic phbh or phbl, and for the vhsb with a plastic cap as well as for the vhsb racing or vhsh with an aluminum cap.

The Pinasco special series of carburetors has been developed for the racing world and for the most demanding tuners. The modifications made to the Pinasco carburetors increase the carburetor's performance and allow for more efficient and precise carburetion. All Pinasco carburetors marked with the letter R have internally CNC-machined fuel passages that ensure optimal fuel flow and eliminate the fuel void effect; even the float cover is entirely machined in the passages ensuring perfect filling of the bowl. In the SI 26/26 R series, the Venturi has been further machined to increase the nominal diameter and obtain the maximum size of 26.00mm instead of the 25.40mm size of the economic version. The R carburetor, as far as the SI series is concerned, represents the TOP of the range and an exclusive Pinasco.

The opening in the frame measures approximately 60x44mm. The area is therefore equivalent to a carburetor with a cross-section greater than Ø50mm. Thus, the intake pipe solution offers no performance loss even on very powerful engines. Thanks to the cooler intake air, better results can be expected under heavy load, which otherwise strongly heats the intake air under the side cover.

Another great advantage is that the frame can also be used as sound insulation. Engines that have been converted to diaphragm-controlled intake can thus drastically reduce the noise level of the intake air. For this purpose, the frame can be further lined from the inside with sound-absorbing material.

Practical quick-release coupling, which is mounted in the fuel hose. If, for example, the tank or carburetor needs to be removed, the flexible hose is disconnected at the coupling. The internal valves on each side of the joint prevent fuel loss.
