Engine and parts: The heart and driving force of the Vespa, the Engine and parts section is located at the rear of the vehicle, firmly anchored to the frame by two pins:
the first, at the end of the central tunnel and the second to the shock absorber.
Given its importance, the engine is composed of numerous and different parts. In a complete overhaul, it is good to check the wear of all the spare parts, paying particular attention to the crosspiece,

The Malossi range for the Vespa offers products of extremely high technology capable of developing performance increases so exceptional compared to the standard, that they require the adaptation of other fundamental components of the vehicle as well.
Just compare a Vespa PX 200 E produced in 1978, which originally develops a power of 12.35 HP at 5700 RPM, with a Vespa "tuned" with Malossi Kits, which can develop 27.5 HP at 8000 RPM, that is, more than double the HP at an extremely higher rotation speed, to understand that it was absolutely necessary to design a clutch group capable of withstanding the stresses due to such a performance increase!
The Malossi POWER UP CLUTCH SYSTEM clutch groups are designed to provide a solution and overcome all the problems that inevitably arise when the clutch group's technology is not adequate to the other engine components. A traditional clutch, having to transmit to the gears more than doubled power, while having to rotate much faster, can lead to failures of the bell under the effect of centrifugal force, to slipping and deformations that result in annoying and not very reassuring metallic noises, up to the classic clutch slippage caused by the insufficient friction developed by the

The BGM PRO silicone gasket kits consist of a high-quality gasket paper with a thickness of 0.5 mm (like the original "green" Piaggio). Additionally, the gaskets, which are always in contact with oil, already have a layer of silicone sealant applied. This results in greater surface pressure of the gasket. Furthermore, the silicone sealant seals the cold engine much better thanks to the permanently flexible sealing compound. This way, the engine always remains tight and the oil stays in place and is useful.
