Vespa Engine and Parts
Engine and parts: The heart and driving force of the Vespa, the Engine and parts section is located at the rear of the vehicle, firmly anchored to the frame by two pins:
the first, at the end of the central tunnel and the second to the shock absorber.
Given its importance, the engine is composed of numerous and different parts. In a complete overhaul, it is good to check the wear of all the spare parts, paying particular attention to the crosspiece,

Made from high-alloy steel (SCM415 / 15 CrMo 5) and produced according to the highest standards, they offer exceptional base material strength (up to 1100N/mm2, HRC 58-62), thus ensuring a solid and reliable foundation for the production of BGM primary wheels.
Their production meets the high standards of Honda transmissions, and each piece is accompanied by a test certificate.

High-quality silent rubber set for Vespa Smallframe engine cases by Fabbri Racing Italia. The metal parts are made of AISI 303 stainless steel. This keeps them permanently beautiful and functional. The large parts for the crossbar have an internal thread. This makes installation a breeze and the silent rubbers are held firmly in place through the screw connection. The solvent-resistant anti-vibration rubbers have 60 shore (hardness).

New 8-spring solution for Vespa Wideframe and Largeframe.
The clutch has been designed and studied for those extreme uses where heat and poor lubrication dominate. Thanks to the use of discs with particular characteristics and used on Vespa Smallframe, the clutch has a
new geometry. In fact, both the basket and the drive disc have been
designed to be assembled with Smallframe discs. Also, the thrust washer and the bushing where the primary gear pinion slides have been
carefully crafted in terms of coupling tolerances and material quality. A particular geometry of the basket and the locking ring makes it reliable in its extreme operation.
The clutch is machined from solid with CNC processing, made of high-performance material that undergoes a bluing treatment at the end of the process.
It comes with 8 springs, 8 cups, 4 discs, and 3 intermediate discs. The
fact of having 8 springs allows for the use of different types of
springs (different hardnesses depending on the engine's power) and always
ensures an evenly distributed load. Working on a very large diameter

Nuova soluzione ad 8 molle per vespa Wideframe e Largeframe.
La frizione è stata pensata e studiata per quegli usi estremi dove il calore e la scarsa lubrificazione la fanno da padrone. Grazie all’utilizzo di dischi con particolari caratteristiche ed impiegati su Vespa Smallframe, la frizione ha una
geometria nuova. Infatti sia il cestello che i disco di traino sono
stati realizzati per potersi assemblare con dischi da Smallframe. Anche
il rasamento e la bronzina dove scorre il pignone della primaria sono
stati curati nelle tolleranze di accoppiamento e nella qualità del
materiale. Una particolare geometria del cestello e dell’anello di
chiusura la rendono affidabile nel suo funzionamento estremo.
La frizione è ricavata dal pieno con lavorazione al CNC, di materiale performante che subisce un trattamento di brunitura a fine lavorazione.
Viene fornita con 8 molle, 8 bicchierini, 4 dischi e 3 infradischi. Il
fatto di avere 8 molle permette di poter utilizzare diverse tipologie di
molle (durezze diverse in funzione delle potenze del motore) ed avere
sempre un carico distribuito omogeneo. Lavorando su di un diametro molto
grande permette la trasmissione di carichi importanti.

Perfectly compatible with all models with a long splined lever, it increases the operating pressure by significantly "softening" the lever.
If you have a short lever available, proceed as follows:
Disassemble by removing the elastic pin, cut the lever in half with a hacksaw, then cut a 10/12mm sheet metal plate and weld it. You will then have a lever made up of 3 pieces longer than the original by about 10/12 mm.
