The Flytech Touring ignition is characterized by a die-cast fan similar
to the original that maintains the Vespa's design unchanged, it is
equipped with a high-voltage "Sparkey" control unit and, in some
specific models, provided with CNC machined rotors made from solid. The main features of this new
ignition are: - greater inertia (increase and redistribution of peripheral
weight) - high-voltage spark plug spark - "Original Style",
does not alter the Vespa's style - greater reliability thanks to the rotor
made from solid, operation without pick-up, and enhanced electronic control unit.

The Pinasco Oversized Clutch Cover allows the installation of all commercially available full billet clutches without needing to work on its interior; on the
outer perimeter of the cover, there are cooling fins that dissipate the heat of the centrifuged clutch oil that settles on the surface and then falls back, cooler, into the engine casing. The airflow acting on the fins is generated by the rotation of the rear wheel.

A new Pinasco product is added to the wide range of products for Vespa Farobasso, the Ø 22 carburetor kit. The kit is already calibrated for the Vespa Farobasso and only requires adjustment of the main jet. The package contains all the accessories
necessary for assembly, including a specific foam air filter that fits perfectly in the carburetor compartment without modifying any original elements. The Pinasco carburetor kit uses a Dell'Orto carburetor whose calibration components are easily available on the market for optimal carburetion.

The Pinasco 102cc SRV "Zuerino" Ø 55mm thermal group is a new product dedicated to the world of Vespa 50 with a 43mm stroke.
Based on the famous Zuera 135cc, the 102cc SRV "Zuerino" features a transfer system very similar to its bigger brother, uses the same RD350 type reed valve pack and the same flow guide, mounts a single-ring piston with bi-conical pin, the new central spark plug head with 8 studs and centering bushings that definitively eliminates the problem of leaks and consequent performance drops with a compression ratio of 12.3:1.
The Pinasco 102cc SRV is a copious engine designed to make the most of power at low revs, its exhaust port has been designed to work correctly with original exhausts and stamped mufflers
commonly called "bananas" but can also be used in
more advanced setups.
It does not require special modifications to the engine case, it can be used with
all crankshafts on the market including the original ones, its
installation allows the use of engine
