1. Fixed Pulley

This fixed pulley is at 15° with a diameter of 102 mm, gas nitrided for excellent durability, has a positive double “d” mounting on the hub, and is secured with a Zinc-plated M24 nut.

2. Torque Driver

It consists of a 15° pulley with a 102 mm diameter, TIG welded to a specially designed hub with a pressed EKU bushing. EKU is a dry self-lubricating material that ensures excellent sliding behavior and minimal wear.
Also adaptable to the original Piaggio system.

3. Variator contrast spring

These springs, made of high-carbon silicon alloy steel and heat-treated, are dynamically balanced, oven-painted, and designed and calculated for each specific application.

The Pinasco thermal unit "EVOTEN BIG BORE QUADRO" Ø 46mmx46mm is a new product dedicated to the world of Piaggio mopeds with a 46mm stroke crankshaft and is the specific thermal unit for Pinasco 46x46 Master and Slave crankcases.

The displacement is close to 80cc, it is equipped with a single ring piston and mounts flanged exhaust manifolds of 22, 25, and 28mm.

The Pinasco thermal unit "EVOTEN BIG BORE QUADRO" is supplied with the new unified central spark plug head with 5 studs fixed in a recess and complete with a decompression valve that definitively eliminates the problem of leaks in the combustion chamber and the consequent performance drops; the compression ratio is 13.5:1.

Designed for high-performance engines, the Pinasco T9-C4 bearing pair is the top of the range currently available on the market. Made with the best materials, they feature an anti-friction polyamide cage and C4 ball tolerance to ensure the perfect axial play of the crankshaft. The Moped accessory that was missing from the already complete range of Pinasco products.
