The BGM Pro TOURING exhaust offers a significant power increase
on short-stroke engines in the original look. True to its name,
the touring exhaust system is ideal for a fast street engine,
powerful yet visually and acoustically unobtrusive. It harmonizes
very well with common tuning cylinders from 75-112cc displacement, but it is
also clearly superior to the stock exhaust on a standard
50cc engine.

50N/L/R, 50 Special models. The original aluminum manifold is

The performance level and ground clearance have been significantly increased compared to the previous version.
The new Touring revs significantly higher than the previous BBT.

The exhaust pipe has been expanded from Ø18 mm to Ø20 mm. However, to reduce noise levels, the BBT2 is equipped with an exhaust pipe inserted inside the Ø20 mm one with Ø18 mm.
This section is sufficient for almost all engines up to 190cc and about 22-25HP (this value varies depending on the engine structure and the achievable RPM).
Those who drive a very powerful setup with high continuous RPM can remove the Ø18mm exhaust pipe, which is fixed with only one weld point, and thus have the full Ø20mm section.

Compared to the Vmc Strike sister, it is less refined and may show some
marks on the surface that do not affect the performance of the
muffler, the overall dimensions of the muffler are almost the same as the Strike.  

It fits on Et3 frames with the side box, on Pk frames you need to
slightly cut the bulkhead to allow the expansion curve to pass through 

Designed to give the best on 122/175 phases, it adapts to most classic cylinders on the market and to a wider range of phases.

It fits very well on both short stroke 100cc and long stroke 130cc cylinders.

Malossi power exhaust has been redesigned, increasing the power compared to previous models by about 5%, thanks to an in-depth study that involved the internal surfaces of the sheet metal with which the expansion is made.

Mounts on Et3 frames with the side compartment, on Pk frames it is necessary to slightly cut the bulkhead to allow the expansion curve to pass through.

On pre-1976 Primavera frames, the compartment is deeper and may limit the installation of the exhaust.

Designed to give the best performance on 125/185 timing, it adapts to a wider range of timings.

It fits very well with long-stroke 130cc cylinders that have a 32mm exhaust diameter.

With the RS Racing, Polini has added a sporty version to the already available "original" version.
The modified manifold makes the system suitable for large
displacement cylinders and higher regimes, which is also reflected in the
larger diameter of the exhaust terminal. The RS Racing is obviously noisier than the standard version. It is suitable, for example, for the Polini 133 Alu or even the EVO.

a tirare fuori il massimo delle prestazioni sul kit 160cc. I risultati
sono stati verificati al banco prova dopo svariate ore di prove di
geometrie diverse sui diffusori. La marmitta è un prodotto Artigianale
realizzato assemblando ogni singolo pezzo manualmente. La cura delle
saldature e del processo produttivo, conferiscono al prodotto quella
qualità e durata nel tempo che lo contraddistinguono sul mercato.

Technical features:

Socket made on a lathe from solid material with double attachment ring (see photo) to ensure absolute precision of insertion and better gas sealing compared to the original.

Exhaust flange with a 32mm internal hole perfectly matched, laser cut in 6mm thickness, stable and rectified after welding to have a flat surface with maximum sealing.

Given the generous diameter of the collector and the tight curvature radius, the remaining space for fixing the internal screw of the exhaust flange is very limited.

MD racing provides a stud with an internal hex key to be tightened correctly and a special nut with an 11mm hex instead of 13.

Ensure before assembly that the stud, once inserted into the cylinder and tightened, does not hit the internal curve of the collector, otherwise shorten it using an angle grinder.

BGM BigBox Sport V2 for Vespa PX200

NEW BBS V2
The basic concept has been maintained and only adapted to the greater requirements due to the increased power and engine displacement. The BGM BBS2 (=Big Box Sport V2) has widened pipe sections both inside the box and in the exhaust area. This effectively prevents the power fade that often occurs with very powerful engines (over 30 HP).

Additionally, the often-criticized ground clearance of the manifold has been modified. The system is now fully suitable for daily use and has the same ground clearance as a comparable resonance exhaust. Like the Big Box Touring V2, the BBS2 is now also equipped with a connection between the manifold and the exhaust body.
