are alongside the classic production and differ for:
- more aggressive intake degree
- new fluid dynamics of the intake cut
- new racing imbalance obtained with tungsten inserts
- innovative Teflon inlays to increase the internal pressure of the crankcases from the lowest revs
The PINASCO COMPETITION crankshaft significantly increases power and maximum torque from low revs, the engine's rotational speed increases, improving overall performance.

The cylinder, without a sleeve, is made of Nikasil aluminum, with 7 ports, a bore of 66mm, a piston with 2 segments of 1mm, and a concentric recessed head with 8 fastening studs (4 standard + 4 additional).
The crankshaft is a generous dedicated Pinasco, with a stroke of 60mm and a connecting rod of 127mm, specifically designed for the kit and capable of absorbing stresses optimally, providing your Vespa with unparalleled reliability and driving comfort. Roller cage included!
The exhaust is the well-tested Pinasco Touring, already used in the 251cc kit, capable of perfectly matching the thermal group's exhaust, recalculated and of large dimensions.

Specific for Master Pinasco casings with tungsten inserts and specific keying for Pinasco sprockets. Racing imbalance, high performance, and remarkable resistance to stress are the characteristics of this product. With the Pinasco keying system, it is possible to remove the sprocket from the crankshaft without having to disassemble the clutch, reed valve intake.
