          We subjected the set to a long and thorough stress test on the road and highway. The result is so convincing and reliable that we can now offer it as a set for the expert mechanic.
          It allows the use of a Malossi 210 Sport cylinder from the PX200/Rally/Cosa models on the engine casings of the Vespa Largeframe models starting from 1977, the date from which the engine casings were converted to three transfers.

          ADAPTER SET

          The conversion is based on a crankshaft with rods 20 mm longer (125 mm instead of 105 mm). The solid CNC machined steel adapter plate is bolted to the engine casing and accepts the studs for the PX200 cylinder. A 1.5 mm thick aluminum gasket between the adapter plate and the cylinder base seals the screw holes and establishes the correct installation height.

          MALOSSI SPORT

          adapter set 07-AA-179-IR is designed for use with a Malossi Sport 210 cylinder. For this purpose, however, it is absolutely necessary to remove the spindle from the engine casing, as the Malossi cylinder base cannot be shortened without losing stability.

          MATERIAL The bgm PRO Touring crankshafts are forged. The material is denser, so it dissipates heat better and is therefore more resistant to distortion. In addition to the crank webs, the connecting rod is also forged and then CNC machined. LUBRICATION
          The lower connecting rod bearing is lubricated via two large lubrication slots and a total of four additional pockets on the side. The SSC rolling bearing and side thrust washers provide a solid bearing. The lubrication of the upper connecting rod bearing is done through two lubrication holes. The INA piston pin bearing is included with the crankshaft.

          The shaft is available with a long stroke of 60mm (long stroke) and with a 57mm stroke
          (standard). With the long stroke version, you get a larger displacement, while at the same time the cylinder control angles (overflow and exhaust ports) can be modified to increase performance. GEAR ANGLE Compared to many other racing shafts, the bgm PRO Touring shaft has a much better intake layout. For
          tuning cylinders, the standard wave, with its very short intake time, cannot keep up with the standard wave. The bgm PRO shaft, on the other hand, closes on a PX engine
