The BGM 200cc cylinder is an improved version of the already reliable and powerful original cylinder. Suitable for 200cc engines of the Rally200, PX200, Cosa200, and the Spanish models DS/DN/TX/Iris, the BGM cylinder offers an additional advantage in terms of safety and performance thanks to an exact honing of 9/100 operating distance and slightly larger transfer ports. This makes it slightly more powerful and more fuel-efficient compared to the original.
The original head can be used, ready for installation with pistons, clips, piston pins, and base gasket.

La costruzione dei denti è realizzata con utensile creatore modulo
1.5 con relative correzioni per i pignoni aggiunti alla coppia
d’origine.
La larghezza del dente è stata allargata (mm 1 verso l’interno) per
avere una maggiore resistenza senza compromettere la scorrevolezza.
Le sedi delle molle sono state riviste per utilizzare molle con filo
quadro. La corsa maggiore del parastrappi preserva cambio e crociera.
Al centro è presente un cuscinetto a rulli sulla parte più
sollecitata ed una bronzina di guida sul codolo. Questa soluzione
permette alla campana di essere compatibile con gli ingranaggi della
messa in moto originali.

A new Pinasco product is added to the wide range of products for Vespa Farobasso, the Ø 22 carburetor kit. The kit is already calibrated for the Vespa Farobasso and only requires the adjustment of the main jet. The package contains all the accessories
necessary for assembly, including a specific foam air filter that fits perfectly into the carburetor compartment without modifying any original elements. The Pinasco carburetor kit uses a Dell'Orto carburetor whose tuning components are easily available on the market for optimal carburetion.

With the RS Racing, Polini has added a sporty version to the already available "original" version.
The modified manifold makes the system suitable for large
displacement cylinders and higher regimes, which is also reflected in the
larger diameter of the exhaust terminal. The RS Racing is obviously noisier than the standard version. It is suitable, for example, for the Polini 133 Alu or even the EVO.

QUALITY FROM EUROPE Precisely manufactured by
a specialized company in Europe. The high-quality base material
14NiCrMo13 was originally developed for the
aerospace sector. Hardened at Thyssenkrupp, it has a surface hardness of
58-60HRC.
PURPOSE The BGM drive shaft
PRO meets the needs of highly tuned engines. It was
designed as a heavy-duty replacement for the original Piaggio main shaft.
The dimensions match the original 1:1. This
means that all transmission components, including those from
other manufacturers, are compatible. It can be used on both standard
engines and heavily reworked engines with high torque at the
wheel.
FIT Fits all
smallframe engines with manual transmission. The only exceptions are the engines of the
first series of the V5A1T models (small side flap, years of
construction 1963-1966). The main shaft corresponds to the latest
construction status of the PK models. Therefore, it has a wheel nut with
M16 thread.

A new Pinasco product is added to the wide range of products for Vespa Farobasso, the Ø 22 carburetor kit. The kit is already calibrated for the Vespa Farobasso and only requires adjustment of the main jet. The package contains all the accessories
necessary for installation, including a specific foam air filter that fits perfectly into the carburetor compartment without modifying any original elements. The Pinasco carburetor kit uses a Dell'Orto carburetor whose calibration components are easily available on the market for optimal carburetion.

Special Front silent block Kit for small Vespa (Vespa 50, Special, ET3, PK, HP) entirely made of ERGAL machined from solid and high-quality polyurethane, with density calculated for maximum comfort.
The specific threading in the center of the pins with an easy entry solves the mounting problem.
Once the right and left pins are inserted, simply screw the two ends using two 10mm Allen keys by inserting them into the special slot at the head of the pin and tighten until it stops.
This way you are sure that the pin length is correct and above all defined.
02 spacers of 1mm are provided with the kit to create the internal stop for the rubber grommets.

This solution minimizes the risk of the bottom breaking under the strong pressure of the spring, which would cause the spring to come out with obvious damage to the engine.
