Equipped with a self-locking cone capable of stably coupling the crankshaft and pinion.
With this system, the key does not need to be used. Ideal
for modified engines and
for crankshafts damaged at the key location.
The cone is compatible with the entire range of Piaggio crankshafts
and interchangeable. It is recommended to apply strong type locking
on the fixing nut and to respect the tightening torque of 60-70 Nm.
For disassembly, a 3-thread puller is required, not included.

The Dell'orto SI carburetor series features a cylindrical venturi duct.
This very simple shape to produce during manufacturing, however, performs less well in operation compared to carburetors with a conical frustum-shaped venturi duct, as it generates turbulence.
The venturi cone made by Sil-tech PERFORMANCE is designed to address this issue.
Thanks to many CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulations conducted to derive the best cone profile and various tests performed on the respective motorcycles, a solution has been reached that allows solving the problem of inlet turbulence by developing a specific object for each application.
With the application of a venturi cone, the flow enters less turbulently, achieving a greater air flow entering the engine and an improvement in performance across the entire RPM range.
Designed to occupy as little volume as possible, ensuring optimal operation within the original carburetor box.
TO INSTALL THIS COMPONENT, IT IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE ORIGINAL FILTER ELEMENT.

This kit includes three base cylinder gaskets and one head gasket.
Gasket thicknesses:
Base gaskets: 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm in aluminum
Head gasket: 0.5mm in copper
The variable thickness of the base gaskets allows for optimizing control angles according to specific needs or stroke. For fine adjustments, aluminum spacers for the head are also available.

The Flytech Touring ignition features a cast fan similar to the original that keeps the Vespa's design unchanged, is equipped with a high-voltage "Sparkey" control unit, and, in some specific models, comes with CNC machined rotors made from solid material. The main features of this new ignition are: - greater inertia (increase and redistribution of peripheral weight) - high-voltage spark plug spark - "Original Style", does not alter the Vespa's style - greater reliability thanks to the solid rotor, operation without a pick-up, and the enhanced electronic control unit. Applications: Rally 180, Rally 200 Femsa.

The V-One is designed for those who want a casing perfectly replaceable with the original, provided with all the components necessary for assembly and allowing maximum interchangeability with components available on the market, it requires no aesthetic modification of the vehicle and fits all original Piaggio parts.
The crankcase seats are designed to accept the original crankshaft bearings and seals (not provided). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell’Orto Si 24-24 carburetor.
It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotary valve crankshaft with a 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the intake has been reviewed and implemented thanks to our modern
CAD systems that have profiled an optimized intake duct in the casing.

The solid CNC-machined clutch basket has excellent
concentricity and enormous torsional rigidity. It therefore offers perfect
clutch engagement with a well-defined slip point and a clean cut. It is suitable for both the touring rider who appreciates high quality,
and the ambitious racer who seeks an extremely robust and
stable clutch. ULTRALUBE The latest generation Superstrong 2.0 CR clutches are now equipped with a new innovative technology: Ultralube. Ultralube
delivers (through precisely defined holes and centrifugal force)
gear oil both in the high-load hub profile (between the
clutch basket and clutch hub) and in the clutch linings themselves. This technology, unique in the Vespa sector,
makes the legendary Superstrong 2.0 CR clutch even more stable than
it already is. A clutch designed for eternity. PERFORMANCE
The clutch supplied ready for installation is adjusted for a
power range up to approx. 20PS / 22Nm through
