Manage multiple maps simultaneously without the need for handheld devices, with a simple click. Allows you to shift the selected map by moving the OFFSET (+ or - 2°).
Malossi ignitions concentrate the maximum technology applied to competitions. The new internal rotor ignitions are born from the need to overcome the technical limitations of the original flywheel-ignition groups, which beyond 10,000 rpm do not guarantee consistent performance, causing significant and sometimes insurmountable tuning problems.
We have made the control unit even more immune to disturbances, developing a microprocessor based on uP STM8 - 8 Bit with superior computing capacity @ 20 MIPS to ensure much higher spark precision compared to the previous version!
The MHR Team II range is equipped with a non-remappable variable advance control unit with 3 trimmers:
the first (MAPS) to determine the selection of the advance map
the second (OFFSET) allows you to shift the selected map + or – 2°

Completely redesigned, this pair of primary gears uses a straight-tooth configuration instead of the standard helical gears.
Malossi has worked hard to ensure the exceptional quietness of the gears, achieved with special machining of the teeth and their contact surfaces, meticulously finished and verified with an involute tester.
HTQ Malossi gears are made using exclusively materials
that exceed the strict standards imposed by our technicians with rigorous tests and trials.
The final machining uses CNC machines, after which the HTQ Malossi gears undergo a complete thermochemical carburizing treatment at 900°C, giving them the required hardness and
resistance.
The size and quality of the finished gears are finally verified on Zeiss three-dimensional control machines.
Paired in pairs to ensure the correct operating clearance, HTQ Malossi gears are the most precious gift a true romantic enthusiast can give to their Vespa.

HTRoll are made of CPT with a specific formula and
have the corresponding weight marked on one side.
HTRoll represent a technical replacement for the original and are
a complete series of calibration elements capable of varying the transmission
ratio of your scooter, perfectly adjusting its speed
and acceleration.
Operation
Due to rotation, the weight of the rollers transforms into centrifugal
force: the greater the weight of the roller, the greater the centrifugal force and
the shorter the shift time, and vice versa.
Variator calibration
To optimize engine performance, use rollers that during
use keep the engine in the maximum power rotation range.
By reducing the weight of the rollers, the engine increases the number of
operating revolutions, conversely, by increasing the weight of the rollers, the
number of revolutions decreases.

It does not require any aesthetic modification of the vehicle and adapts to all original Piaggio parts.
The crankcase seats are designed to accept the original crankshaft bearings and seals (not supplied). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell’Orto Si 24-24 carburetor.
It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotary valve crankshaft with a 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the intake has been revised and implemented thanks to our modern
CAD systems that have profiled an optimized intake duct in the casing.
